Ingredients: Agar* (E406)
*-biologically controlled cultivation
USE:
About 1 teaspoon (3.5g) of agar corresponds to 6 teaspoons of gelatin and gels in 500ml of liquid.
Preparation of the mixture:
Mix 3.5g with 100ml of warm liquid until homogeneous. Stir in the remaining 400ml of liquid, stir slowly for 2 minutes and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Preparation of cold mixture
Mix 3.5g with 100ml of warm liquid until homogeneous, stir slowly for 1 minute. Leave to cool slightly. Gradually mix in the remaining 400ml, put in the fridge for 3 hours.
Info: Agar starts to coagulate when it cools below 35C.
