Ramen is the perfect noodle for a super quick, healthy noodle soup. Put these organic ramen noodles in a pan of water with a tablespoon of miso, vegetables and Japanese seasoning and cook for 3 minutes. Ramen is an upscale version of regular instant noodles. Although we do not make them from wheat, but from buckwheat and shiitake. Gluten free and worry free! We also released a packet of flavor enhancers!

Ingredients: 98% buckwheat flour*, 2% shiitake mushrooms* (China), water
*-biologically controlled cultivation

Preparation: Boil for 3 minutes or add to the boiling ramen broth during the last 3 minutes.
After opening, store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20°C).
