Buckwheat semolina
Buckwheat semolina is suitable for making sweet semolina porridge, as well as for savory dishes.
RECIPE: Semolina porridge Preparation: boil 60 g of buckwheat semolina in 500 ml of hot milk, stir and cook on low heat for 1 minute and then let it steep for 5 minutes. For savory dishes, cook semolina in vegetable broth.
