Usage: WELEDA oil can be used by nursing mothers from the 38th week of pregnancy. Warm a small amount of oil in the palm of your hand and apply evenly to both breasts with gentle, stroking movements towards the nipples. Massage can be done between feedings.
WELEDA advice: To achieve a pleasant feeling in the breast after feeding and to protect against inflammation, we recommend using a curd compress - cold curd is applied to a gauze diaper about 1 cm thick and placed on the breast, completely covering the painful area, except for the nipple. As soon as the curd dries, rinse it off and apply a new compress again. If necessary, such a compress can be placed on the chest every time after feeding the child. We also recommend the use of WELEDA tea for nursing mothers, which promotes lactation (milk production), improves milk flow and has a balancing and harmonizing effect.
