Ramen is a warming noodle soup from Japan. Usually made with instant noodles. Need a healthier version? These ramen noodles are wheat-free because we make them from a blend of organic brown and black rice. Nothing else. There is also no flavor enhancer packet. Just put a spoonful of miso in the water and cook the ramen for 3 minutes. Ramen is specially made for soup, so it has a nice and firm texture. For a super quick, gluten-free meal!

Ingredients: 55% black rice flour* (China), brown rice flour* (China), water
*-biologically controlled cultivation

Preparation: Boil for 3 minutes or add to the boiling ramen broth during the last 3 minutes.
After opening, store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20°C).
